Our beloved village of Owego was hit hard by the Flood of 2011. Thankfully, while the Gallery basement was flooded, the water didn't get into the first floor and all the artists' work was spared! Since then we've taken the opportunity to repaint & rearrange to create an updated and more spacious look!  Come visit us and help support the Village of Owego recover by purchasing a Rebuild Owego bracelet.  All proceeds go to help Rebuild Owego.
