Michelle McLarenArtist statement/Biography: There is nothing I enjoy more than a deep breath of quiet peacefulness, a brush, and an idea that beckons conception. Coffee helps, too. Lately, inspiration has been forthcoming from birds, bugs, and various little creatures. Watercolor is my current medium (and possibly my favorite), but is not my limitation. Oils, acrylics, and even digital photography have kept my interest previously and may make a comeback in some form of alluring sequel.
Home for me is in charming Owego, NY with my husband, 3 daughters, and a bunch of pets. I love traveling, spending time with my family, and reading a good book in the solitude of my hammock.
